This 6 Week RESET Program is all about KICKSTARTING your fitness routine into next gear. Whether you've taken a bit of a hiatus from fitness and are ready to get back to business or you're looking to shake up your current workout routine.
All you need is a set of dumbbells and you're SET. All workouts are approximately 30 minutes long
Monday & Wednesday: Strength Circuits
Tuesday & Thursday: Cardio (Interval Tabata OR Running/Jogging)
Friday: Pilates with Xenia (on demand Pilates videos)

5 WEEKLY WORKOUTS
All workouts are approximately 30 minutes long and are suitable for all levels of fitness! All you need is a set of dumbbells and you're set. You can do these workouts in the comfort of your own home OR the gym.
XenFit Meal Plan
Accompany your 6 Week RESET fitness program with your XenFit meal plan. Meal plans include Breakfast, 2 Snacks, and Dinner focused on high protein intake.

Remember, consistency is KEY in reaching your goals so this monthly progression plan is just what you need to stay motivated and accountable to reach your goals month after month.
